I didn't post it any of the several times you sent it -- mostly because it is irrelevant.
As has been pointed out several times, the issues of Open Meeting Law are completely separate from the issues of contract law. Even if an OML violation is proven -- it does not automatically invalidate an otherwise valid contract.
This WILL eventually be decided by a judge under the terms of the law -- regardless of the mindless anonymous chatter generated by school committee members and their families.
Anonymous Cap Queen, I'll make you a deal -- if you find somebody to read you the paragraph of the OML that applies to executed contracts (since you seem to be unable to do so), AND you take off your caps lock and stop writing like a 4th grader AND if you say someting different than you have been saying so far, I MAY publish your next post.
I am sure chanting the same thing over and over works well when you try to cast spells -- but otherwise, it's annoying.
